I dont use TVs all that much save for day 1-3 and the one I put in my base recently seems to never play anything, I'm 3 weeks into this run btw.So I far i know you can use walkie talkie for broadcast your own voice you need for it 2 walkie talkie or 1 walkie talkie and 1 Ham radio (you just need put same frequency on both devices) In single player I find it usefull for zombie diversion.
